Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Green Keeper warrants that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. Green Keeper will replace any products found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on eligibility. This warranty applies solely to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been utilized for commercial, rental, or any other purpose for which the product is not intended. Green Keeper is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, users’ negligence and abuse, users’ noncompliance with the user manual and any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and user manual. Product(s) are not eligible for warranty if they:

  • are misused, mishandled, subjected to abuse, or handled carelessly, involved in an accident, improperly stored, or operated under conditions of extreme voltage, temperature, shock, or vibration beyond Green Keeper's recommended guidelines for safe and effective use;
  • are improperly installed, operated, or maintained;
  • are modified without the express written consent of Green Keeper;
  • have been disassembled, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Green Keeper;
  • exhibit defects reported after the Warranty Period.

Note: The warranty period for all replacements aligns with the same duration as the original defective item. Warranties on products become void once a full refund has been issued.

How to Submit A Warranty Claim?

Fill in warranty claim form to get started with the process. Please have the following information ready when contacting support:

  • Proof of purchase. (Warranty fee is (required only if not providing receipt) of 40% of MSRP of the defective Product.)
  • Serial number.
  • Your contact information, including your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and company if applicable.
  • Detailed description of the issues you are experiencing. Any photos and videos you can provide are great for helping us diagnose the problem.

Note: If any of your items are damaged due to reasons not covered under the original product warranty, we cannot accept them back for a warranty. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember, this policy only applies to Green Keeper products sold directly from our greenkeeper.co web store and does not apply to other Green Keeper resellers.

Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by Buyer in Following Situations

  • Returning non-defective products.
  • Returning defective items via international shipping / outside the original country of purchase.
  • Unauthorized returns (Any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
